Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered the washable silk dress and a cashmere crewneck during a recent sale. The quality of both items is impressive, especially the silk; it really does wash well, which is a huge plus for me. I think so, especially for the silk. It feels much softer and holds up better than my Everlane silk. My cashmere from them is also super soft.

It's a step up from Everlane imo. More refined. Quince is cheaper but The Reset's quality is definitely higher.

Yeah, totally real. I have a few of their silk tops and I just throw them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle. Comes out fine.

It's legit machine washable. Just use a mild detergent and hang dry. No issues with mine shrinking or anything.

Afaik, the free shipping is automatic once you hit the minimum, so that should still apply even with the welcome discount. Coupon codes usually don't mess with that.
